I always stay at this hotel when I visit. The staff helped me print documents during my first stay. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, a bar, a TV, a lift, and air conditioning. I'll be back this weekend!

Hotel was close to train station and restaurants.
Stay away from this hotel!! People working at this hotel are dishonest. When I asked the front desk clerks to arrange for a taxi to take me to the airport the next morning, one of the clerks insisted that I pay 50 euros in advance (this was a first to me). When I questioned the price, the clerk grudgingly agreed to take 40 euros in advance. A while later the clerk came to my room and refunded my money but left me feeling that they might not be able to get me a taxi. I woke early, went to the front desk to find that a taxi had not been arranged. I called for a taxi myself and in the end paid 30 euros to get to the airport. Room we stayed was inferior and had a bad oder.

We are 2 argentinian girls of 25 years and not the ones that complain, but honestly in this Hotel we felt swindled. We made a reservation from the 14 to de 18 th of june and it was non refoundable. Our flight suffered a delay because of weather problems (all latin american flights had been canceled or delay because of the eruption of a volcano in chile). We sent an e mail to the hotel to inform that we would be arriving by the 15 or 16 of june (without pretending they return our money cause we knew it was non refoundable). We got to the hotel on the 16th june but they told us that the room was not available even though we had already payed for it!!!!! We didnt want to extend our reservation or anything, we just wanted the room for the days that we payed (from the 16th when we arrive to the 19th). The recepcionist treat us like she was amusing by the situation and offered us a room for 180 euros per day! It was like a joke! Button line, the kept our money and we truly felt robbed.

The location is perfect, 3 min from train station Termini which connects city with the airport. At the same time it is close to the historical center of Rome. The hospitality of hotel staff is also point to be mentioned. They helped me a lot with recommendations of setting up my trip around and even did some arrangements. Thanks a lot
From the beggining my single room was seemed to me extrimly small)) but afret 2 days staying it was fine

The hotel is very basic but clean and staff helpful and pleasant. The location of this hotel is the biggest bonus, it's is ideally central and only a stones through from the Termini train station - perfect.
No complaints - perfect for what we wanted on our short trip to Rome, cheap and cheerful!

Hotelì has everything I need, from bars to shops, just minutes away from Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. Free WiFi, daily buffet breakfast, and easy access to metro and buses. Perfect for navigating the city.
The complimentary newspapers were just sooo boring.

The location is very central, many of the sights are within walking distance, others you can easily reach by bus and metro from the Termini station. The receptionists spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. Oficially there is no internet acess in the hotel, but they let you use the internet at the reception (when it's working).
The shower in the room had no door so that the bathroom was always flooded after I took a shower. During our one-week stay in the hotel, twice there was no hot water in the morning. The breakfast was very poor, consisting of toast bread, cheese, joghurt, cornflakes and somekind of buns. There was also fruit juice that tasted like coloured water, the coffee was very good, though.

I had a wonderful stay at Hoteli in Rome. the room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning and clean sheets. the location was perfect, with many restaurants and major sightseeing spots nearby. It was also convenient to have Termini Metro station just a 5-minute walk away and the bus station to Ciampino airport just 7 minutes away. the reception staff was extremely helpful and made me feel like a valued guest. They were available 24 hours a day and the rooms were cleaned daily, including fresh sheets and towels.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Excellent location, good base for exploring the city. Basic breakfast, lovely coffee. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room large, with TV and fridge. Nice shower, wet room rather than a cubicle, hairdryer. Excellent value.
Furnishings are quite old and ugly.

Perfect location for exploring the city, with the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore and Teatro dell'Opera di Roma just minutes away. Conveniently situated in Rome City Centre, with easy access to metro, bus, and other transportation options right outside the door. The hotel is surrounded by a vibrant neighborhood, Esquilino, known for its diverse dining scene and bustling street food stalls.
